OUR 2010 COMMISSION STRUCTURE:


If we don't sell your timeshare, you pay nothing upfront. We pay the $38 eBay listing fee, you pay nothing ever.


If we do sell your timeshare, you pay nothing upfront.
At closing, we receive 100% of the first $399 of the sales price. You receive 100% of any total sales price above $400.

Example: Sales price is $1,499. We receive $399, you receive $1,100 (plus 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).

Example: Sales price is $399. We receive $399, you receive $0 (but you will receive 100% maintenance fee reimbursement, if applicable).

>> With a sale, we pay 100% of the $38 eBay listing fee and $35 selling fee ($73 total).
>> Buyer pays all closing costs.
>> Maintenance fee will be 100% reimbursed to you if you have paid it for the use-year your sale begins with.

To protect seller and buyer, we use an independent, licensed and bonded escrow company to handle our closings.

Remember, we assume all upfront risks and costs. If we don't sell your timeshare, we don't get paid.
